With a sterling reputation with Louisiana courts and in the community, Open Arms does pre-placement home studies and adoption certifications, provides placement and supervisory services for prospective adoptive parents, and pre and post-delivery and pre-placement counseling for birth parents. Missy Everson, the director of Open Arms has more than 30 years of experience working in the field of adoptions with birth parents and adoptive parents.
